ACDP brings a taste of South Africa to London

2 July 2003

As the annual South African UKKasie (United Kingdom occasion) festival gears
up for this year's exciting event at Wembley Stadium in London, African
Christian Democratic Party National PRO Ymile Kennedy will be there to
inform the youth about South Africa's fastest growing political party.

With about 1.5 million South Africans living in and around London, the
festival offers a taste of South African life with a fest of braais,
boerewors, South African music and traditional dancing in addition to stalls
by all of SA's major political parties.

Aiming to encourage young South Africans living in London to invest their
skills in our beautiful country, the ACDP's display will focus on the youth,
highlighting the wide support the party receives from all groups in South
Africa and in particular well-known celebrities and sport-stars.

Ymile will be the guest of South African High Commissioner Ms Lindiwe Mabuza
before attending the opening ceremony, which will take place on a boat
cruising the Thames.
