ACDP Expresses Sympathy to Lydenburg Flood Victims

In a statement today the African Christian Democratic Party said that it was shocked and saddened by the Lydenburg disaster in which four people have died, four have been hospitalised, a young boy is still missing and a 100 people have been left homeless after the surprise flooding of December the 12th.

Cheryllyn Dudley National MP for the ACDP, whose constituency is Mpumalanga, extended her sympathy and prayers to all the families affected, most especially those who have lost loved ones in this tragic event.

Mrs Dudley said, “We are thankful for those rescue workers, volunteers, and community members who selflessly worked to alleviate the crisis and aid those in need.”
