The Multi-Party Women’s Caucus (MPWC), attended by ACDP MP Cheryllyn Dudley yesterday, applauded the recommendation of the panel on zero-rated value-added tax (VAT) items, instituted by National Treasury (NT), that sanitary products to the poor and indigent should be free of charge.
